Experience Berlin - live in comfortable privacy

We currently offer two bright one-bedroom apartments (both about 38 square meters) in a renovated Wilhelminian-style apartment house, each offering a large living/bed room, kitchen and bathroom. They are situated in the side wing of the house; the view onto a green inner courtyard provides quied and comfort.

Both apartmens are equipped with many extra supplies, ensuring that nothing will be amiss should you stay for a longer time. Each apartment provides two beds that can be arranged both as single beds as well as one double bed. There’s a TV, DVD-player and a stereo system, along with a collection of movies, Berlin-related literature and a wealth of insider tips, which we have compiled for you. The kitchen will provide not only an initial breakfast but also everything else that is need for cooking, such as spices, utensils and key ingredients.

A lively quarter - right in front of your door

The Samariter quarter has seen the renovation of many of its old and beautifully constructed Wilhelminian-erea apartment houses. Today, this part of Berlin is favored specifically among younger peoples, a fact that is evident in the many small shops, restaurants and cafes that can be found in the apartment’s immediate environment. Here, the street is alive with people, especially during the summer months. Chairs and tables set up on the sidewalks invite for breakfast, espresso, a tasty meal at night or a drink.

Use public transportation to visit any place in the city

Within a few minutes of walking you will reach “S” (ground level) and “U” (underground) train stations, allowing you to visit every major attraction in the city.

It takes only a few minutes by train to travel from the nearby U train station Samariterstrasse to Alexanderplatz; you can easily transfer to DB regional train and other lines of Berlin’s public transportation system.

You can access Berlin’s recently restored circular “Ringbahn” (Ring line) from the S train station Frankfurter Allee as well.

Arrival by car

To get to our apartment, take the train from airport Schoenefeld, using the regional express train “Regional Express” or use the S train going Alexanderplatz, transferring there onto the U train line U5 towards Hoenow; exit at the station Frankfurter Allee.

From airport Schoenefeld, you can also take the airport express to Alexanderplatz and continue using the U5.

Using the long distance train, exit at main station (Hauptbahnhof-Lehrter Bahnhof) or Berlin Ostbahnhof take the S train towards Alexanderplatz. From there on, continue using the US.
